He called her Queen Nellie and she called him King Charles.
He was born 14 March 1899 in LaGrange, Oldham County, Kentucky to George B Ballard & Minnie A Fishback and died 09 December 1958. Nellie was born 10 December 1898 and died 11 March 1995. She is the daughter of Lewis Vaughn & Araminta Rachel Thomas.
