He married (1) LAVINA JANE BLANTON 24 December 1878 in Harlan County, Kentucky, daughter of ANDREW BLANTON and NANCY SIMPSON. She was born 1864 in Harlan County, Kentucky. He married (2) RACHAEL ARAMINTA "Mintie" THOMAS 1892 in Larue County, Kentucky, daughter of BARIED THOMAS and DEBORAH BROCK. She was born 10 March 1874 in Livingston, Rockcastle County, Kentucky, and died 06 October 1932 in Rex, Harlan County, Kentucky. LEWIS is holding DELIA VAUGHN, b. 01 August 1894, Kentucky; d. 1936, Knoxville, Knox County, Tennessee; m. (1) PETER S GULLY, Bef. 1916; b. April 1850, Tennessee; d. 1921, Middlesboro, Bell County, Kentucky; m. (2) RANDEL HAYES HUFF, Bef. 1928; b. 1878 and RACHAEL is holding LYDA VAUGHN, b. May 1896, Kentucky; d. 1899, Kentucky.
