PLEASANT LEWIS PARKER was my 6th Great Grandfather.He was commissioned as Sheriff of Clay County, Kentucky in 1824, October term of the Circuit Court, order book "C", page 384. Pleasant was also an Officer of the Court and was included in road surveys which mapped out roads from one County to another. Pleasant Parker was also Justice of the Peace as well as many other offices held for the county(s).
