TOM BURNS. I was at one time a Police Officer with the North Bend, Ohio Police Department, and also a Special Deputy with the Franklin County, Ohio Sheriffs Office. I'm also a certified Fraud Examiner, which is headquartered in Austin, Texas. I was for seventeen years a Supervisor of Special Investigations (fraud, embezzlement, theft) with the State of Ohio Auditors Office.
