FRED CHRISTOHER VAUGHN. I am looking for my Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Both were from Kentucky and West Virginia. My Great Grandfather signed his name F.R.Vaughn, we think his name was Fred something. My Grandfather died in a mining accident in Logan, Logan County, West Virginia, his name was Fred Christopher Vaughn. He was crushed when two coal cars failed to cupple or connect. That was August 19th or 20 1935. He was married to LILLIE MCCALVIN and they had 7 children: Marie, Douglas, William Carl, RuthAnn, Frederick, Patricia, and Jimmy Joe.
