FRANK CARTER son of WILLIAM CARTER and MARY ELIZABETH BRAY was born 1876 in Brush Creek, Knox County, Kentucky, and died 25 July 1921 in Tways Coal Mines, Harlan County, Kentucky. He married MALINDA STANFIELD Bef. 1907. She was born 18 October 1880 in Whitley County, Kentucky, and died 25 December 1950 in Whitley County, Kentucky. Frank is the Grandson of ROLAND CARTER and MARY RHODES. He is my Grandfather.
