DILLIENS BLEVINS was born 11 October 1838, and died 18 March 1909 in Knox County, Kentucky. He married FRANCES ELIZABETH ROSS 24 December 1858 in Blount County, North Carolina, daughter of ALEXANDER ROSS and MARY BEST. She was born 07 April 1842, and died 10 September 1918.
