1. WILLIAM BENJAMIN¹ BLAIR was born 1854. He married SARAH REBECCA SANDERS 12 May 1881 in Edmonson County, Kentucky, daughter of ELIAS SANDERS and SUSANNAH SKAGGS. She was born 1861, and died 1935.

Children of WILLIAM BLAIR and SARAH SANDERS are:

i. ARTHUR² BLAIR, b. 1883.

2. ii. ELIAS WARD BLAIR, b. 10 February 1893; d. 09 November 1962.

3. iii. KATIE M BLAIR, b. 1882, Edmonson County, Kentucky; d. 26 May 1930.

2. ELIAS WARD² BLAIR (WILLIAM BENJAMIN¹) was born 10 February 1893, and died 09 November 1962. He married CANDIS PARSLEY 27 May 1920. She was born 22 June 1898, and died 29 October 1975.

Children of ELIAS BLAIR and CANDIS PARSLEY are:

i. GERTRUDE³ BLAIR, b. 14 September 1925, Edmonson County, Kentucky; m. VAURIECE D MADDOX, 11 August 1944; b. 09 January 1924, Breckenridge, Texas.

ii. JOSEPH ALEN BLAIR, b. 1932; m. CHINETHA VINCENT, 22 October 1949.

iii. LOIS BLAIR, b. 1933; m. (1) WOODROW HOGAN, 20 May 1949; d. 14 April 1970; m. (2) ELVIS TURNER, 04 April 1970.

3. KATIE M² BLAIR (WILLIAM BENJAMIN¹) was born 1882 in Edmonson County, Kentucky, and died 26 May 1930. She married CONRAD LINDSEY 24 December 1919 in Edmonson County, Kentucky, son of HARDIN LINDSEY and ELIZABETH WEBB. He was born 28 June 1892 in Edmonson County, Kentucky, and died 10 August 1971 in Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky.
