This is assumed, non-confirmed information from the Grave Records of Minnehaha County Cemeteries book. There is a tombstone for GILLIGAN. Buried with this tombstone is Ellen Gilligan (Ellen DeVaney) and Thomas Gilligan
(however Thomas' information agrees with Thomas DeVaney's birth and death dates).

Age at death was recorded as 90 on his death certificate. Date of death was 11-Nov-1913, from Myocarditis. He had contributory Asthma for 30 years and was a Railroad Engineer. The Grave Records of Minnehaha County record him
as being 87 at date of death and dying in 1914. The 1880 US Census recorded him as being 50 which would have made him born in 1830.
