Katherine A., reported as age 42, son Earl J. Verdeckberg age 21 born in Colorado living with her and her husband Gene (?) L. Onstine. Kate's age and place of birth do not agree with the 1900 census. Mother Jane McCabe is
living with the family.

Per Onstine family web page, Katherine died in 1933 however she is listed in the San Diego City Directories through 1939. Gene is not listed after 1937 and Katherine is listed as a widow in 1938.
