The photos listed in the table below were taken in the fall of 2001 at the
Marysdale cemetery near Ney, Ohio. Marysdale is a small, rural Catholic
church on Hwy 15 between Defiance and Ney in Defiance County. My grandmother
has been a parishoner there all her life, and my parents were married there.
The cemetery is full of my relatives... some of them are close relatives
(my sister, my grandfather, and several sets of direct ancestors), and some
of them are distant (the descendants of a brother of my ggg-grandmother).
When I started out taking the photos, I just intended to take photos of the
gravestones for people who have last names that show up in my family tree. What
I wound up with is about 80% of the gravestones.
