There is a record of a Johann Georg Pfeifer listed in the publication "Missing Young Men of Wuerttemberg, Germany, 1807: Some Possible Immigrants to America" who may be this Johann Georg.

They had at least 5 and possibly 6 children, including son Johann George Keim, who was born in 1815 when they were not married. At the time of their marriage, Georg Michael was a farmer in Neuses, Sommersdorf, Bavaria, and they had children born in Neuses in 1825, 1827 & 1829. Georg Michael Pfeifer declared that he was his father of Johann Georg Pfeifer in Immelsdorf on March 27, 1828. "Michael & Hannah Pfeifer" are listed in the records of the Salem Evangelical Church in Illinois as being parents of Johann George (Keim) Pfeifer, and also in other family records. George Michael Pfeifer died on August 24, 1829 in Bavaria, Germany. I do not know when Hannah died. When Michael Pfeifer died the children were age 8 days to 14 years old, so it is possible that she remarried.
