Beatrice Kate Meister was born on May 14, 1875 in Polo or Kingston, Caldwell,
Missouri. She was the daughter of Hiram Meister
& Mattie Leamer. She was married twice, first to Aaron Weibel, and second
to Ervin Pfeifer
Aaron George Weibel was born on January 26, 1866 in Dwight,
Livingston, Illinois. He was the son of Jacob
Weibel & Maria Schrotberger
Ervin LaVerne Pfeifer was born on May
26, 1877 in Goodfarm Twp, Grundy, Illinois. He was the son of Frederick
Pfeifer & Margaret Schrotberger
Aaron Weibel & Ervin Pfeifer
were first cousins; their mothers Maria & Margaret were sisters.

in DeWitt, Saline Co., NE. Beatrice did not remarry. She was on the 1920 &
1930 censuses of DeWitt, NE, but moved to Lincoln, Lancaster Co., NE in 1934 and

 | Ileta Pfeifer | Ileta Pfeifer was born March 02, 1905 in NE.
She is living with her parents in DeWitt, Saline Co. NE on the 1910 &
1920 censuses. Ileta was married 3 times; I do not know the names of her first
two spouses, but both marriages ended in divorce. Ileta's third husband was named
Ralph Marlow. Ileta was a nurse, and contracted tuberculosis when she was
working at a sanitorium in Colorado Springs, CO. I have not been able to find
her or Ralph on the 1930 census at this time. After becoming ill, Ileta returned
home to her mother in Nebraska, and she died there. Ileta Pfeifer Marlow died
on November 16, 1931 in DeWitt, Saline Co., NE. She is buried in the Oak Grove

 | Ira Pfeifer | Ira Preston Pfeifer was born
on August 25, 1906 in DeWitt, Saline Co. NE. He is living at home with his
parents in DeWitt, Saline Co., NE on the 1910 & 1920 censuses, and is also
listed there with his mother in 1930. Ira married Ruth LaVerne Reid on
December 29, 1931 in NE, and they had two children. Ira was a farmer in DeWitt
until he joined the service in 1942. He divorced Ruth by 1944 when he married
Eleanor Ring. He divorced Eleanor and married Nell, but then divorced
Nell & remarried Eleanor Ring. Ira moved to Missouri and worked on
the Frisco Railroad as a Steward in the dining car. He then sold Luziers cosmetics
in Florida for awhile, but then returned to the army. He is listed in his mother's
obituary in 1960 as living in Honolulu, Hawaii. Ira died October 30, 1971 in

1908 in DeWitt, Saline, Nebraska. She is listed with her parents in DeWitt,
Saline Co. NE on the 1910 & 1920 censuses. Irma graduated from nursing school
in Lincoln, Lancaster CO., NE. On the 1930 census she is listed as a registered
nurse at Bryan Memorial Hospital in Lincoln, Lancaster Co., NE. Irma married John
Hays "Jack" Mankamyer in June 1930 and they had two children. In
her mother's obituary in 1960 she is listed as living in Sutton, NE. Jack Mankamyer
died in 1971. In October of 1971 Irma is listed in her brother's obit as living
in Wahoo, NE. Irma later lived for many years in Colorado Springs, CO. Irma

was playing golf when a storm came up - he was running to the club house and had
