This is the will of JEREMIAH5 HARRISON (ISAIAH4, JEREMIAH3, ISAIAH2, REV. THOMAS1, RICHARDA, ROWLANDB) born 23 April 1787 in Greene Co., Tennessee, and died 03 September 1866 in Greene Co., Tennessee. He married ELIZABETH JONES 01 August 1805 in Greene Co., Tennessee. She was born 1782 in Tennessee, and died Abt. 1874 in Greene Co., Tennessee.

Jeremiah Harrison

I Jeremiah Harrison do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made. First and principal I resine (sic) my soul to God that gave it and my body to the dust from whence it came to be buried in a common decent manner and I direct that my funeral expenses and all of my debts be paid as soon after my death as posible out of any moneys ...may first come into the hands of my executors. Secondly I give and bequeath to my son Benjamin W. Harrison fifty acres of my land adjoining the lands of John K Harrison, Henry Brooks, Sary Lintz and David Bird my wishes that the surveyor whosever my son W. Harrison chooses to get to run of the fifty acres so as to give him free acces to the spring so run the line through the middle of the spring. So as to make him the fifty acres of land. Thirdly I give and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Harrison the balance of my land and negroes with their increase and all of my personal property during her natural life or widowhood to do as she chooses with it. Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint James Jones and Thomas Jones my executors in witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal this 19th day of January 1857.
