They had a daughter, named Rosetta "Rose E." Holton born
before her mother died Sep. 29, 1871. (Logical ? Lousetta may have died in child
birth) Rose m/1 Andrew Alley who was killed in February 1898 in his grocery store
by a angry customer. m/2 Joseph A. Alley a brother of Andrew. She had one son
by her first marriage and three by her second. (note from K - Andrew & Joseph
Alley were cousins, not brothers)
In the 1880 census Rose was living with
her grandmother, Holton. Rose died in Colorado
