He is mistakenly listed on the Illinois Death and Stillbirths Index on Ancestry.com under the name Stephen T. Fellers. Lowell FellersLowell T. Fellers was born on February 20, 1901 in Vermilion Co., IL. This birth date is taken from the California Death Index. The SSN & his tombstone list the year as 1900, but as that would only put 7 months between the births of Lowell and his older brother Walter, I think the 1901 date is correct. Lowell is listed with his parents at age 9 on the 1910 census of Jamaica Twp., Vermilion Co., IL. Lowell was a reporter in the war right behind the front lines. He is listed at age 18 with his parents on the 1920 census of Danville, Vermilion Co., IL. He is on the 1930 census of Oakland, Alameda Co., CA as a roomer in the household of Lucian (?) Kline. The March 6, 1951 edition of the Nevada State Journal in Reno, NV lists a divorced decree granted from Ora Lee Fellers from Lowell T. Fellers. Lowell T.
