More About FRANK EDWIN THORNE:
Cremation: June 30, 1945, Pendleton-Gilchrist Funeral Home, Bremerton, Washington
Inf. I received from Rill Chapel on Frank Edwin Thorne showed that he was b. March 19, 1867. His relatives on record included Fred of Seattle, Charles of Cordova, AK and Robert of Kodiak, AK, Mary Robertson of Seattle, Mabel Burton of Yelm, WA, Grace Darbyshire of Everett, WA, G. Burton of Spanaway, WA and Maude Ketell of San Miguel, CA. They also stated he was a carpenter, widowed and resided in Retsil just outside of Port Orchard at time of death.
It seems that Frank followed his father.

Notes for EVELINE INGERSOLL:
I am curious as to why on Eveline's marriage record her mother was unknown. According to the Civil War Records for Francis Edwin, it shows Lulu's mother as Mary Conklin. Perhaps Mary died when Eveline was young. Also, perhaps for veteran's pension, Lulu had to know her mother's name.
