to Cornelius C. Van Horn of the City of New York, for $1150, 61 acres more or
less at the ponds in the ownship of Franklin, beginning N side of Road at line
of Abraham Van Zile and corner Simeon Van Winkle; along brook; line of Benjamin
Romine. Bounded N by the Road and the Brook; W and SW by land of Benjamin Romine;
S and E by land of Simeon Van Winkle and new Road. Signed by Lodowick Bush (his
mark), Helenor Bush (her mark). Witnessed by Abrm. Westervelt, Peter Westervelt.
