this is really only meant to say hello to Jane Futcher who I knew a few years ago when she was at upton high and lived in greenfields, a year ahead of myself. The last time I saw her I was on the bus and she was very excited about just getting engaged. I left the area and joined the air force and did a bit of world travelling, I always wondered how she got on as I saw occainsional mentions of Ron and Paul in the paper....remember harry the milko who let us all help/hinder him at the weekends. If this gets to you I hope you are well and if you get a chance drop a line .... cheers Gra

Unfortunately don't actually know a great deal about my family history. I know my grandad was born in Wiltshire, his name was Victor Donald and he moved to East Stratton at quite an early age where he met my nan got married and had two children my dad, John Arthur Futcher and Mary Eilleen Futcher. My grandad was one of many children about 7 I think, a couple of names that spring to mind are Douglas, Mary, Joan, but may be wrong.
