108. Ola HAAGENSEN ) Ljoesne  (107. Häakon³,102.Jon², 101.Johannes¹)  was born 1721 in Norway. (Hakonson) died 1809 in Norway, at the age of 88. He married Anna BAARDSDATTER 1752 in N. Ljosno. She was born 1721 in Norway. Anna died 1803 in Norway, at the age of 82.

NOTES for (Hakonson): ---> o Ljosno kjeldene finn me ikkje sa mykje om Ola og familien. Men det hende at han var innblanda i krangel med naboanc. Han vann ci injuriesak mot gramen som matte ut med 10 rdl. i seaskosinader og 6 rdl. til dei fattige i byfdi. Det er positvt a sja at dei fattige kan fa noko av botene for var det mest "kongrnd kasse" og prokuratorane (sakforarane) som reiste slike, medan den skadelidande sat att like tomhendt. Pa skiftet Anna Bardsd. i 1803 far me vita at Ola og kona likeevel var velstandsfolk. I buet var dct solv for 33 rdl. og 2 ort kopar for 6 rdl. og 4 ort, hus og trefang 83 rdl., kroter for 51 rdl. og til og med hoker for 1 rdl. og 4 ort. Pengar til gode hja andre ("inngjeld)" var pa heile 963 rdl. 4 ort og 2 skill. Heile buet hadde ei nettoeige pa 1073 rdl. Ymse ting kan tyda pa at Ola drive som handelskar attat. The material does not tell so much about Ola and his family. But it happens that he was  involved in a quarrel with his neighbours . He won a trial hearing because of insult against  a neighbour which had to pay 10 riksdaler (money unit se footprint ) in legal costs and 6  riksdaler to the poor of the town. It is good to see that the poor could profit of the fees of  a trial. Normally they were taken by the crown and their clergys while the people he had  suffered normally where left with bare hands. Under the treatment of heritage by shift  register ( court?) for Anna Bardsd. (Bardsd. for datter = daughter which gives  Bardsdatter ) we are informed that Ola and his wife where rich. The heritage contained  silver worth 33 riksdaler and 2 ort , copper worth 6 riksdaler and 4 ort , house and  additional shelters worth 83 riksdaler, animals worth 51 riksdaler and "hoker" ? for 1  riksdaler and 4 ort and 2 shilling. The entire value of the heritage was 1073 riksdaler. The  are signs that tell us  that Ola in addition had some activities as a trader.  ______________________________________________
