A letter from Joe Trotter, a local parent and rancher, February 5, 1968 and a reply from Duane. The strange thing here is that Duane first wrote his letter to the paper. His letter was then shown to Joe Trotter who then answered Duane in the same issue of the paper Duane's letter was in. 

  

February 5, 1968 - a  letter from Duane to the newspapers 


February 12, 1968. Letter  was from 4 teachers at Edgemont: Duane and Karen Miller, Joseph Cersosimo and W.E. Hartshorn.
