Marie Shelton Neff

Services for Marie Neff, 90, of Jacksonville will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Tennessee
Colony Cemetery with the Rev. Tom Rousseau officiating. Arrangements are under the
direction of Bailey & Foster. Mrs. Neff died Tuesday in Jacksonville. She was born
March 1, 1913 in Tennessee Colony to Elbridge Thomas and Guida Arabella Shelton. Mrs.
Neff was preceded in death by her husbands, Clovis J. Neff and Donald B. Gregg; sisters,
Ella Owen, Minerva Marlow, Arabella Collins and Lillian May Shelton; and brothers, Cliff,
Emmitt, Clint, Guy, and Tucker Royal Shelton. She is survived by stepdaughter and son-in-law,
Anna Lou and James Burgess of Poteau, Okla.; sons and daughters-in-law, John and Marie Gregg
of Fredrick, Md., and Don and Linda Gregg of Jacksonville; 11 grandchildren; and nine great
grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
