Mrs. Cordelia Wolf

ELKHART - Funeral services for Cordelia Wolf, 98, of Route 2, Elkhart,
will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church, the Rev. Robert
H. Moran officiating. Burial will be in Strong Memorial Park, Slocum,
under the direction of Hassell & Foster Funeral Home of Palestine. Mrs.
Wolf died Sunday morning at Anderson County Memorial Hospital after a
lengthy illness. A native and lifelong resident of Anderson County, she
was born Oct. 10, 1884, a daughter of the late Joe Camp and Leona Ferguson
Camp. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Elkhart and the
United Daughters of the Confederacy. Her husband, S.W. Wolf, died in 1965.
She also was predeceased by a son, Ozie Wolf, and a daughter, Ruby Garrison.
Survivors include two sons, F.J. Wolf of Elkhart and Jeff Wolf of Houston;
three daughters, Mrs. Sammie Corley of Fort Worth, Mrs. Evelyn May of
Palestine and Mrs. Merle Lively of Houston; a sister, Mrs. Josie Lewis of
Elkhart; 11 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be
deacons of First Baptist Church. Condolence calls will be received at the
