Bonnie Dyal

Bonnie Eugene Dyal, 73, of Elkhart, died at 6:10 a.m. today in a local hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Bailey Memorial Chapel with
Joe Gay officiating. Burial will be in Starr Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Levay
Lee Lasiter, George Miller, Joe Chaffin, James Lanier, Bruce Stewart, Otis Rogers,
Pete Peterson and Jimmy Myers. Honorary pallbearers named include Joe Bailey Parker,
Frank Fulgham, Walter Brown, Frank T. Fulgham, Dan Fulgham, Fred Fulgham, Dyal
Franks, Bill Brown, Jerry Peterson, Harless Lasiter and Lonnie Livingston. Mr. Dyal
was born December 26, 1899 in Hazelhurst, Ga., to William Delton Dyal and Mrs.
Daisy Sellers Dyal. He retired in 1968 as a real estate broker and had made his
home in Elkhart since. He was a member of Odd Fellow Lodge. Mr. Dyal is survived
by his widow, Mrs. Clariece Starr Dyal of Elkhart; one son, Elton E. Dyal of
Glenview, Ill.; one daughter, Mrs. O.R. Williams of Hobbs, N.M.; eight grandchildren;
one brother, J.D. Dyal of Pasadena; three sisters, Mrs. Frank Preston of Edgewood,
Mrs. Frank Fulgham of Montalba and Mrs. Walter Brown of Palestine.
