Winnie C. Noble

Services for Winnie Copeland Noble, 87, of 103 Oakhurst Drive in Palestine were
at 1:30 p.m. today in Bailey & Foster Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayne Rhodes
officiating. Burial was in Roselawn Park. Mrs. Noble died Sunday in a local
nursing home. She was born May 23, 1900, in Calvert, a daughter of Joseph A. and
Dorothy Kennerly Copeland. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and
the Methodist Women's Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph W.
Noble Sr., in 1976. Survivors include two daughters, Winniferd Mead of DeSoto and
Patricia Dumas of Brenham; one son, Ralph W. Noble II of Houston; eight grandchildren,
14 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Condolence calls will be
received at the family residence.
