Sammie Lewis "Sam" Hall

Funeral services for Sammie Lewis "Sam" Hall, 66, of 115 Larkspur, will
be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Hassell & Foster Funeral Home Chapel, the
Rev. Henry D. Vincent officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Park.
Mr. Hall died Sunday Night at the University of Texas Health Center at Tyler.
He was born Oct 4, 1916 in Oklahoma. A resident of Palestine since 1967, he
was employed as a truck driver for Palestine Contractors until he retired in
1976. He was a member of the Westwood Baptist Church. Survivors include his
wife, Faye Hall of Palestine; a son, Harvey Hall of Magnolia Ark; two daughters,
Brenda Kay Hall of Magnolia Ark. and Wilma Lee Hall of Palestine; two brothers,
Henry Hall of Odessa and Algie Hall of Tyler; and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be W.A. Cooper, O.L. Gossett, A.R. Lott, Johnny Boykin, Joe
Little, and Charles Sheridan. Condolence calls will be received at the Hall
