Services for Doug Fletcher, 83, of Tyler were at 3 p.m. today at Roselawn Park with
the Rev. Benny Burleson officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Bailey
& Foster Funeral Home. Mr. Fletcher died Tuesday at Sterling House in Tyler.
