Services for Billy Benton, 60, of Palestine, will be at 3 p.m.
Saturday at Concord Cemetery with the Rev. Lester Hein officiatiing.
Burial will be under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.
Mr. Benton died Thursday at his home. He was born in Elkhart on Feb.
14, 1934, to William Asberry Benton. He was an automobile mechanic.
Mr. Benton was a veteran of the Air Force and was associated with
the Full Gospel Ministry. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Benton
of Palestine; daughters, Anita Griffin and Peggy McKnight, both of
Palestine; son, Roger Benton of Palestine; sister, Mildred "Sis"
Oliver of Madisonville; and four grandchildren. Condolence calls
will be received from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
