"Frank Britton, 53, dies at his home."

Frank Britton, 53, died at 10 a.m. Friday at his home,
926 Alta Vista street, after an illness of 10 days.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 4 p.m. from
the Hassell-Foster Funeral chapel, with Rev. Woodson
Mims, Pastor of Calvary Baptist church officiating.
The body will be removed to the home after 7 p.m.
Friday, there to remain until time for the funeral.
Burial will be in Cedar Creek cemetery. Pallbearers;
Oscar McGee, Claude Claxton, Walter Hill, Renest Maxwell,
Olin Gibson, Jack Nash. Survivors are his wife, Mrs.
Martha Wright Britton; Mother, Mrs. Helen Britton,
Houston; two sons, John and Will Britton, Palestine;
two daughters, Miss Frances Britton of Palestine and
Mrs. Margaret Hill of Palestine; three brothers, Jim
Britton of Palestine, Ed and Tom Britton, Marshall;
two sisters, Mrs. Annie Hassell of Marshall and Mrs.
Ellen Lake of Houston.
