FATALITY AT CHELSEA.
FALL FROM A ROOF.
An employee at the Chelsea Sugar Works named Henry Dudley met with a fatal accident yesterday at about two p.m. He was engaged in removing some sheets of iron from the roof, of a shed when a puff of wind is believed to have caused him to lose his balance. Dudley fell to the ground upon his head and was brought across the harbour in an unconscious state. An ambulance was in waiting to take the injured man to the hospital, but he expired on the way.
An inquest will be held at the hospital before Mr. Gresham, Coroner, at 10 o'clock this morning.

DUDLEY.\emdash On April 14th, at Chelsea, accidentally killed, Henry Dudley,, the dearly beloved husband of Nellie Dudley, of Lorne street, and third son of Henry Dudley, Ashburton, aged 34 years. Funeral notice luter.
Henry married Ellen BEITH, daughter of James BEITH and Margaret, in 1899. (Ellen BEITH was born in 1872 and died in 1944.)
