bullet  General Notes:

Came to the USA and stayed with James Crabb and family. Ma said they moved to Chicago in 1926, were in one house then another for about 1 yr, then they bought the bungalow on Throop Street. It was after they were on Throop Street that George came to visit. He had just got married before leaving Scotland and they used to tease him about coming on his own honeymoon. He used to dye his hair red with Henna and it would get all over the pillow cases and Ma's mother would get mad. He stayed for a number of months Ma guesses. That would put him coming to the USA sometime 1926-1929.
had been living in the Qualtquarry Masonic Home, Dunblane, Stirlingshire, died Stirling Hospital and Buried in Forfar Cemetery. Name engraved on same stone as father's (Murmont Hill Cemetery).
