It would appear that Samuel died as an infant. Elizabeth Ellen Talbot's b irth certificate notes William Job aged 2 (living) and 1 deceased male chi ld.

There is a record of a death for a male Talbot child on 26 Mar 1863 b ut it states the child was unnamed. Could this be Samuel? He just see ms to disappear.
