"According to the transcripts of W L Bawden his notes say that although there is no existing record of a baptism for Sebastian Trewartha, in the Gwennap register, Robert Trewartha, [c 1633- bur 10 Jun 1715 Gwennap] in his Will of 1716 proves Sebastian to have been his son by his wife, Thomasine Jacques [JAKE] whom he married in 1661 in Gwennap.
Sebastian TREWARTHA c1671 was buried 27 Nov 1740 Gwennap
Anne TREWARTHA c1682 was buried 21 Mar 1741 Gwennap
I would say that this is all very circumstantial but at this early date its highly acceptable..and probably as good as it going to get!
