In addition to supplying details about available services and products, the ads often contain interesting slogans. The advertisers listed below are found on pages I-VII of the November 1911 issue of The Sphinx, published by the Students’ Association at Stamford College in Stamford, TX. (Some surnames are capitalized for emphasis and some punctuation may be added for clarity.)
