This On-line book is the result of the work of many, many people. A partial and growing list is linked below. Updates and corrections are requested.

Be sure to follow all the links to get the full benefit of all this work by all these folks. Take the time to understand the layout of the book. Don't hesitate to send a note if something doesn't seem to be as it should be. During 2002, we will be constantly updating and recording all of the information now available. In January, we are attempting to get the new format uploaded and incorporated in that format. Then, we will try to focus on a different chapter every two or three weeks in order to get through all of them by the end of the year.
