MINNIE PAYNE GLENN

GLENN -- Minnie Payne, was the only daughter born to T. Bailey and Dena Culp, in Fletcher, OK on July 2, 1918, and died Wednesday, March 1, 2006. She graduated high school from Cyril, OK and attended Oklahoma A&M, where she met Harry T. Glenn, Jr. They were married in Walters, OK in 1940. Mr. Glenn was employed as a Civil Engineer in Nashville, TN, where the couple lived for 30 years. They retired in Lawton, OK where Mr. Glenn passed away in December, 1981. Mrs. Glenn was a member of the Christian church from childhood, most recently at River Oaks Christian Church in Jenks. She is survived by a daughter, Geraldine Brunner; 2 grandsons, Johnny Ellis and Kevin Ellis; and 5 great-grandchildren. Service will be 10 a.m. Friday, March 3, 2006 at River Oaks Christian Church, Jenks, OK. Floral Haven, 252-2518.
