PARTY HONORS PARTRIDGE'S 75TH
A surprise birthday party for the Rev. Jonas Partridge was an event of Wednesday night at Ridgeway Baptist Church.
A churchwide dinner was held with more than 100 persons in attendance. Following the dinner, a cake that featured an Indian chief in headdress was presented to Partridge in celebration of his 75th birthday. In addition, he was presented a money tree with the church pastor, the Rev. Kenneth Williams, making the presentation.
A retired minister, Partridge is a member of the Ridgeway church and serves as a supply preacher for many churches in this area.
