Grotto in La Mesa, California. Every time we met someone for lunch in
San Diego, we would invite them to meet us at Anthonys
plus we ate there several times - just us. With two days notice, we found ourselves on the road heading for California to attend my 90 yr old Mother's funeral. Since we were going to be out west, decided to make lemonade out of lemons, would try to visit as many kinfolke as possible. It was a hard trip on us but we are both very thankful that we made it and will cherish the memories of visiting with family members! We are sorry, we never made it over to the S.F. Bay area, our bodies wore out - maybe next time? |
