1.    Orders have been issued this date announcing your retirement effective April 30, 1933, with rank of Captain to date from April 1, 1933, under the provisions of the Act of Congress approved October 1, 1890, and the Act of Congress approved April 23, 1930. A copy of the order is inclosed.
2.   The Secretary of War directs that you complete and return the inclosed form required by AR - 345-810, W. D. 1930. The physical examination report required by the same regulation is not necessary in your case.
