Polite”. The CWC Board can post notices, minutes,
newsletters etc and I
am including some history of the complex along with access to the

In the Spotlight
The
CWC Annual Meeting was held Sat Oct 22, 2011 at the pool area.
There
were 14 people present with 11 proxies sent in prior to meeting. As 34
unit yes votes were needed to pass the two admendments, they were
tabled until next year. Pat Goedecke, Richard Brown and David Gold
stepped
down from the Board - we thank them for all their tireless volunteer
service to CWC over the past several years - Thank You!
Election for the 3 vacant director spots - Pat Johnson, Sylvia Johnson and Andrea Russell were elected. Congratulations new Board members!
