Floyd Jahue Goswick was the son of James Plesant Obadiah and Rebecca Jane (Davidson) Goswick of Pope and Yell Co's Arkansas.  His wife Lizzie Morris was a sister to David Morris who married Florence Elaine Goswick (sister to Floyd Jahue Goswick).  Lizzie and David Morris were the children of Elbert and Zona (Parnell) Morris of Muskogee, Oklahoma.

APACHE JUNCTION Arizona- George T. Goswick, 64, of Apache Junction died July
3, 2006 at home.
      Visitation was from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at Simes Mortuaries Coolidge
Chapel. The funeral was at 11 a.m. Burial was in Florence Cemetery.

      Mr. Goswick was born in Mountain Pine, Ark., on April 8, 1942. He
worked as a prison guard in Florence and a truck driver for many years. He
loved music, played the guitar and loved to sing country music.

      He is survived by his wife, Virgie; one son, John of Buckeye; three
daughters, Lisa Schow, Mary Wright and Anita Vick, all of Mesa; two
brothers, James and Bill of Casa Grande; and two sisters, Jean Cassalatta
and Grace Neece of Casa Grande.

      He was preceded in death by his son Chip in 1966 and his sister Verla
Holden in 2003.
