94. Francis Elgin DRAPER . Twin of Frank. Born in Madison County New York in 1864. He lived briefly in Saskatchewan, Canada, but is believed to have been in Chittenango, Madison County around 1925. In later years he lived in Oregon. Believed to have died in Portland. He was a Great Grandson of Boston Draper.
