27. Cloyde DRAPER was born on Apr 18 1895 in Oconto,
Nebraska USA. He moved to Canada in 1902 with his parents and settled in the
Battleford, Sk area . He married Rosalind Marie CHOQUE, July 9, 1921 in Wilkie,
Saskatchewan and was divorced from her in 1938. He was a Great Great Grandson of
Boston Draper.
Rosalind Marie CHOQUE (daughter of Andrew (Andre) CHOQUE and Georgina
DEKELVER) was born on Sep 15 1905 in Vawn, Saskatchewan. She died on Aug 16, 1992 in New Westminster BC.
After divorcing Cloyde, Rose Marie married Larry Hamilton
April 16 1940. Rose and
Larry owned and operated a General store in Rockhaven, Sk until they retired.
They then moved to New Westminster BC.
After divorcing Rose, Cloyde never remarried. He moved from the Battleford,
Saskatchewan area to New Westminster, BC, around 1940 before settling in his
later years north of Kamloops BC. He died on Aug 16, 1985 in a Kamloops
hospital.
Cloyde and Rose had six children.
