8. Abraham WARKENTIN was born on May 8 1832. Abraham was brought to the Bergthal Colony from the Molotschna Colony by his wife Susanna Braun in the 1850's. Susanna was the daughter of Jacob Braun (Aug 9, 1791 - Dec 15, 1868) one of the early leaders of the Bergthal Colony. Abraham operated a grist mill. In later life he was a teacher

9. Susanna BRAUN was born on Mar 14 1828. She married outside the Bergthal Colony and returned with husband. See also page 23 "Bergthal Gemeinde Buch". Widow of Dirk Wins
