Details: Lachlan McInnes died on 11th November 1922 at Gawler Tasmania.

The gross value of his estate was £ 343, and probate was granted to the Executors and Trustees Mary Clark of Sylvia Crescent, Black Rock in Victoria (his daughter) and Law Clerk Harry George Wilmot of 124 Wattle Tree Road, Malvern in Victoria, when the will was proved in the Supreme Court of Tasmania on the 1st March 1923.

In this Last Will and Testament dated 13 September 1921, the beneficiaries were his sons Angus McInnes of Ulverstone in Tasmania, Farmer, and Ronald McInnes of Latrobe in Tasmania, Farmer, in equal shares.

In a Codicil dated 28 September 1921, a sum of Fifty Pounds was directed to be paid to his daughter Mary Clark of Black Rock.
