Roma Stepp, 91, of River, died Wednesday Oct.04 2000 in
Mountain Manor Nursing home.
  
Mrs. Stepp was born May 10, 1909, in Lawrence County, a
daughter of the late Ham and Miranda Borders Wallen.
  
Her husband, Estill Stepp, died in 1985.
  
Surviving are two sisters, Phyllis Mixon of Reynoldsburg,
Ohio, and Idyllis Murray of Bonita Springs, Fla.; and
several grandchildren.
  
The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Preston
Funeral Home in Paintsville by Lonnie Salyer.
  
Burial will be in Borders Cemetery in River.
