RHUIA MAY Mrs. Rhuia May,82 died May 23 1984 in Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, Ky, following an extended illness. Mrs. May was born October 04 1901, in Johnson County, the daughter of M.L. "Sug" and Madela Fairchild Williams. She was a resident of Leander and a member of the United Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, T.H. "Hammie" May: two sons,Eugene May, Denver and Hager May of Urbana, Ohio: six daughters Almeda Blair, Peggy Baldwin of Denver, Martha Blair, Cleveland, Ohio, Carolyn Blair, Barnetts Creek, Rosa Blevins, Wittensville, and Barbara Ratliff, Carey Ohio: a brother George Williams, Lucasville,Ohio: 31 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services were held May 26 in Beechwall United Baptist Church at Leander with Elders B.C. Ferguson, Roy Coffee, Rutherford Blair and Jerry Colvin officiating. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery at Denver under the directions of the Paintsville Funeral Home.
