COUNTY RESIDENT PASSES FRIDAY
RITES HELD SUNDAY FOR FREELIN LEMASTER

Freelin Lemaster, 78, died at 10:15 p.m. Friday at his home
at Winifred.

Born August 8, 1878, he was the son of W.D. and Nevia (Sloan) Lemaster.

A lifelong resident of Winifred, he was a member of the
United Baptist Church.  By occupation he was a merchant.

Surviving are three brothers, Bascom Lemaster of Winifred;
Monroe Lemaster of Ashland; and Willie Lemaster of
Lowmansville, and three sisters, Mrs. J.M. Fairchild of
Huntington,  Mrs. Perry johnson of Kerx and Mrs. Effie
Lemaster of Winifred.

Services were conducted at 2:00 Sunday from the Franks Creek
united Baptist Church with F.F. Rigsby and O. I. Williams as
officiating ministers.

Burial was made in the Lemaster cemetery at Winifred.
