WADE LANEY 1937-1964 Wade Laney, 26, resident of White House, died in a local hospital at 4:00 a.m., Sunday, May 10, after an extended illness. A son of Mrs. Mae Smtih Laney of White House and the late Dave Laney, he was born in this county September 10, 1937, and had been a lifelone resident of the White House community. Other survivors include three sisters, Cordelia and Dessie Mae Laney and Mary Ann Castle of White House, six brothers, Ed, John and James Laney, Plymouth, Ohio; Joe, Robert and Hobert Laney all of White House. Also surviving are the material grandparents, James Everett and Lizzie Smith. Funeral services were conducted at 1:00 p.m., Tueday at the Hammond Freewill Baptist Church with Don Fraley as officiating minister. Burial was in the Stambaugh Cemetery at River.
