MART V. CASTLE

Thealka Man
Dies Saturday

Mart V. Castle, 51 years old, of Nippa died in one of the
local hospitals Saturday morning at 1 a.m.  He was an
employee of the North East Coal Co. at Thealka up to the
time of his last illness which began September, 1944.

He is survived by his wife, Eunice Castle, one daughter and
two small sons.

Funeral services were held at the church at Sycamore Sunday
at 10:30 by Revs. Riggsby, Sparks and Williams.

  Burial was
made in the Castle cemetery near the Sycamore Church.

Note:  This cemetery is also known as the "Clark Castle
Cemetery".
